OUTDOOR IS MY TRAINING GROUND

Outdoor Training is a workout session designed to enhance your strength, balance, agility and power. Taking place outdoors - in any conditions Mother Nature might throw at you –our getting fit with Outdoor Training means you’ll be ready no what you may encounter in the wilderness.


 

Our workouts are free, group sessions led by experienced The North Face trainers. Our aim is to make you “mountain ready” for your next outdoor pursuit, whatever it may be. We also want you to mix up your training and, more importantly, have fun.


戶外訓練體驗是一個旨在提升參加者力量、平衡力、敏捷度及運動效能的訓練班。訓練班將會在全戶外的環境進行,即在大自然任何環境中進行訓練。參加我們的戶外訓練體驗,將會助您在將來應付及面對任何在野外有可能出現的情況及環境。


我們的訓練班由經驗豐富的The North Face教練帶領,以小組形式舉行,費用全免。我們的目標是讓您「為野外做更好準備」(Mountain Ready),為您下一次在野外、處身任何環境的活動做好準備。我們亦希望為您以往的訓練帶來一些新衝擊,新嘗試。當然,最緊要玩得開心!
